Here’s what went down during the flight. A super nice flight attendant came up to this lady and asked if she could move from her seat, 1A, so a 13-year-old could sit with their family. The attendant even explained that the gate agent had asked her to check out the seating chart because the alternative seats weren’t great. They sorted it out super fast. And get this, the family didn’t even talk to her directly. She figured it was more about the airline’s rules than a personal favor.
