A husband and wife attend their high school reunion.

I was at my high school reunion with my wife, hanging out and catching up with old friends. Then, my wife nudged me, her eyes darting over to the next table where a lady was knocking back gin like there was no tomorrow. “Do you know her?” she whispered.

I let out a heavy sigh. “Yeah, that’s my ex-wife. She started hitting the bottle hard right after we split up, seven years back. From what I’ve heard, she hasn’t had a sober day since.”

My wife’s eyes widened. “My God!” she gasped.

Then, with a mix of shock and a hint of humor, she said, “Who would’ve thought someone could party that long over a divorce?”
