Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski Named in New Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Sexual Assault Lawsuit; Both Deny Involvement
Comic performer Druski and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. have been named in a sexual assault case against Sean "Diddy" Combs, adding to the over 100 legal actions filed against the music mogul, who remains in custody since September. Both Druski and Beckham firmly rejected their alleged involvement in the 2018 incident through social media statements Sunday evening, with Druski labeling it a "fabricated lie."
The California lawsuit, submitted late Friday, lists more than a dozen defendants—including Diddy, Beckham, Druski, vocalist Jaguar Wright and others—in an assault on Ashley Parham and two unnamed individuals. Parham claimed in an October filing that she was drugged, abducted and attacked by multiple people after Diddy heard her suggest he played a role in rapper Tupac Shakur's 1996 death. This updated filing identifies several alleged participants.

The alleged remark occurred during a February 2018 Facetime conversation between Diddy and associate Shane Pearce, with the alleged attack happening at a defendant's apartment the following month.
Druski, 30, rejected any connection in his social media statement: "This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn't a public figure in 2018—I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.
"My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I'm fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to pedal false narratives."
Beckham Jr., 32, responded with: "Boy I'll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid."
Contra Costa County Sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee told KTVU last month that deputies took a report on the date in question but later determined "the claims were unfounded."

In a Monday statement to Variety, Combs' representatives said partly: "This new complaint—brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs—demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham's claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation..."
Combs anticipates his court appearance where these accusations—and the twisted motivations of their sources—will be exposed."
The legal document details the alleged incident with horrific specifics, stating it occurred after Pearce invited Parham to his residence, requesting help with cancer medications he claimed he was too weak to self-administer. He supposedly left his entrance unlocked, enabling Diddy and several associates to enter and attack Parham. Diddy had allegedly threatened during the earlier Facetime conversation that Parham would "pay" for her comments about Tupac.

After Diddy and others allegedly assaulted Parham, she exited the apartment wearing only an oversized T-shirt while carrying a knife previously used to threaten her. Following remarks from Diddy and his companions, who were leisurely smoking in the yard, she allegedly stabbed Diddy in the back, triggering gunfire. During the subsequent chaos, she escaped and met a man pretending to be law enforcement but who was actually one of Diddy's associates. She evaded this person and encountered a Contra Costa County Sheriff, who she alleges received an envelope she believed contained money. Representatives from Contra Costa County have not provided comments, according to the lawsuit.
Combs, 55, currently awaits trial in New York on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which he has denied. The trial is set to begin on May 5. Recently, his attorney Anthony Ricco submitted a resignation motion, declaring "under no circumstances can I continue."
