WATCH: Purple Haired Democrat Congresswoman Totally Blows a Gasket after Pam Bondi Has Epic Mic Drop Moment

Attorney General Pam Bondi delivered a strong response that left far-left Representative Rosa DeLauro from Connecticut struggling with her words after Bondi dismantled her weak argument. The Democrat showed anger about Bondi's practical choice to reorganize the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) to boost government effectiveness by connecting it more directly with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
Representative Rosa DeLauro serves as a Democratic Congresswoman from Connecticut with a long career. She has promoted progressive causes since 1991 and stands out with her bright purple hair. She holds an important position on the House Appropriations Committee and has worked actively against President Trump's cabinet appointments and America First policies.
Representative DeLauro started her comments with an unfounded attack on Trump's Attorney General and her plan to redirect the ATF's focus. During her lengthy speech, she stated, "Your budget request for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, ATF, proposes a cut of 26% below the current level. How can you justify such massive cuts?"
Bondi responded firmly to the progressive Democrat, saying, "I work as a career prosecutor, and I focus on keeping America safe, making America safe first. We plan to bring ATF together with the DEA. I want to tell you what will not happen - ATF agents will not knock on the doors of legal gun owners in the middle of the night, asking them about their guns."
DeLauro interrupted with a dramatic response, claiming that Bondi avoided answering her question. She said, "So my view shows that the Trump administration proposal reduces federal efforts to stop illegal gun trafficking and federal efforts to stop the flow of dangerous illegal drugs like fentanyl."
Attorney General Pam Bondi replied with irritation, "As I tried to answer your question very calmly, unlike you..." The purple-haired Democrat interrupted her and complained, "Excuse me, Attorney General, answer yes or no. Tell me about the numbers. I don't want to hear all of your lengthy speech about this."
Bondi maintained her calm demeanor and answered before facing another rude interruption. She explained, "We are reorganizing ATF. Agents want to work on the street. I plan to answer your question..." The angry Democrat interrupted again.
The frustrated Democrat spoke over Bondi and complained, "Mr. Chairman, you give me a specific amount of time, and I respect you highly, but I don't need to listen, and my colleagues don't need to listen to a lengthy speech when you ask a simple question. I have an answer to your question... the proposal will weaken our ability to stop gun trafficking, and it will greatly reduce ATF support for state and local law enforcement that helps them prevent and solve violent crimes. This proposal causes harm."
Bondi shot back with a powerful response, stating, "You want to hear my answer in three seconds, you mentioned regulatory functions. This explains why we will not have ATF agents visit the doors of gun owners in the middle of the night, asking them about their guns, period. They will work on the streets with the DEA."
She spoke over the progressive Democrat and added, "We are not removing agents. We work. How many have left through attrition? I can tell you that they all want to work on the streets, they want to perform their jobs, they want to act."
